A Guided Path Home
A structured journey spanning stabilization, healing, growth, and long-term independence.
Stabilization
During a planned 30-day stabilization period, residents will settle into a safe, home-like space while addressing urgent needs such as identification, healthcare appointments, benefits, and immediate emotional support.
Planning
Through individualized success planning, each returning citizen will work one-to-one with staff to define personal goals around housing, work, education, healing, and family, then map out clear steps to reach them.
Healing
Trauma-informed mental health and wellness support will help residents process their experiences, build emotional intelligence, and strengthen daily practices that support calm, connection, and purpose.
Independence
Ongoing employment readiness, financial literacy, family restoration work, and alumni mentorship will support residents as they secure income, nurture relationships, and stay connected to a caring community after graduation.
